Throughout my career, I have embraced the Bio Psycho Social nature of both Social Work and Psychotherapy. As such, my approach looks at the whole person. From a Psycho Social perspective, self-actualization is key. My role is to sympathize, empathize and meet you where you are, as well as to inform and teach. I use CBT and Positive Reinforcement as well as others, as treatment methodologies, therapies and techniques, to assist my clients in meeting their goals. My goal is to assist my clients in building self-esteem, in becoming self-actualized and in finding peace and happiness in their lives.
