I enjoy helping people gain insights into what ever issues they are willing to bring to the table. Insight and self reflection can be helpful in order to learn, grow and adapt. When people are under stress, we fall back into old patterns that may no longer serve us. I can help with symptoms management. I work with persons who need help with family dynamics, substance abuse, and trauma. I use cognitive therapy and trauma-informed care protocols to help my clients think about the issues they’re facing from a different lens.
