We are living in very challenging times. Many managing their anxiety and/or depression on their own have begun seeking help for the first time. Whether that's you or you've been in counseling before, I'm ready, willing and able to help. I specialize in working with teens struggling with school, family or social issues, and parents whose children are struggling; as well as a full range of other difficulties.
