Hello, my name is Dr. Crystal "Nikki" Factor. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that obtained a master's degree from the University of Oklahoma (OU) and a doctorate degree from the University of Southern California (USC). I provide individual, couple, and family sessions. I work with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, cultural identity, ADHD, addictions, unhealthy relationships/boundaries, co-dependent behaviors, loss/grief, and current/past trauma. For every individual, my hopes are that they are able to identify their own behaviors, patterns, and begin to learn how to heal.
