Hi &welcome! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in WA state. She/They. My approach to counseling is eclectic, meaning I use different theories &interventions to tailor our work together to meet your specific needs (ACT, CBT, CPT, etc.). In the past 15 years, my work has focused on trauma recovery &healing with a special interest in womxn, queer folx, young adults, and adults working through childhood trauma and relationship concerns.
