A note from Stephanie

My name is Stephanie (she/her) and I am a licensed social worker and associate therapist in NY. My work is grounded in exploring individual experience alongside the impacts of larger systems on one’s sense of safety, identity and wellbeing. I hold space for both internal healing and the connections that sustain it. I am passionate about working with teens and adults—especially BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and immigrant individuals—to find empowerment amidst trauma and ongoing systemic oppressions. I use a Liberation Psychology lens and integrate ACT and Somatic Experiencing. I look forward to being in this work together.
