Chief Business Officer
Natalie Cummins is a healthcare executive with 30 years of experience driving transformative financial results and strategic growth across the digital health, diagnostics, and life sciences sectors.
As Chief Business Officer at Talkspace, Natalie is responsible for enterprise strategic planning and revenue expansion, building and leading a high-performing business development team that delivers digital mental health services directly to employers and government. She develops channel partnerships to expand market penetration and serves as a key member of the executive team, setting long-term goals and objectives to ensure growth. In addition, she leads network strategy, credentialing, training, provider operations, customer service, and medical records to ensure scalable access and enterprise readiness.
Prior to joining Talkspace, Natalie was the President and Chief Strategy Officer at BioReference Laboratories. She held several key leadership positions at BioReference, including Chief Commercial Officer during the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout her career, Natalie has been a member of, or consulted with, executive teams at healthcare companies focused on emerging technology, including Ariosa Diagnostics, Roche Diagnostics, Quest Diagnostics, and Genomind.
Natalie holds a master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in health policy from NYU and a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from Ithaca College.
