Chief Legal Officer & EVP
John Reilly serves as Talkspace’s Chief Legal Officer and EVP. Mr. Reilly was a founding shareholder, helping form the Company in March 2011. Prior to Talkspace, Mr. Reilly was a partner of a firm managing hospitality and real estate investments for private portfolio investors and acted as a fractional general counsel to several successful start-up companies. Mr. Reilly previously served as President of Highland Development Corporation from where he partnered to build and operate congregate care campuses. Mr. Reilly previously held several senior roles at a publicly traded assisted living company. Mr. Reilly started his career as a legal associate at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey in Washington DC. Mr. Reilly holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
