Chief Financial Officer
Ian Harris is Chief Financial Officer of Talkspace. As CFO, he leads Talkspace’s financial strategy, capital allocation, investor relations and long-term growth initiatives. He most recently served as a Partner at Hudson Executive Capital LP, an alternative investment firm. At Hudson Executive Capital, Mr. Harris led the investment team’s efforts to source, diligence, and manage investments in the healthcare, technology, and financial services industries. Prior to joining Hudson Executive Capital in 2017, Mr. Harris worked at Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays PLC, where he advised healthcare companies on M&A and capital market activities. Mr. Harris is a director of Liberated Syndication, a podcast adtech platform, and previously served on the board of Cantaloupe (Nasdaq: CTLP), a payments-enabled software company that was acquired in May of 2026. Mr. Harris received a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University. He currently resides in New York City with his family.
