A note from Stacy
I believe in helping to support adults and adolescents to build helpful coping/processing skills and communication tools to best support them to be successful. I am passionate about working with families, individuals, and couples to build communication and understanding of how to work through the challenges that come from the different stages of life. I work with people of all ages to process trauma and grief, as well as depression and anxiety. I believe everyone can benefit from counseling. I love to listen and help people, and support people to process their challenges in a way that works for them.
