A note from Sheri
Hi!! I welcome you to Talkspace. I am glad that you are here. I have 26 plus years working in many different therapeutic settings working in a hospital inpatient, intensive outpatient and outpatient settings. Also, I worked in community mental health with children adolescents and adults and private practice. In my 20s I was diagnosed with anxiety and started individual therapy. I feel this experience helps me understand mental health symptoms as I can relate to symptoms of anxiety. I enjoy traveling, singing and dancing. I have two dogs that are my furry coworkers. I look forward to meeting you.
