A note from Sheri
Welcome. I have been a therapist for over 25 years and truly enjoy it. My therapy style is to help you build a toolbox that you can use immediately and teach exercises that can bring symptom relief while also attempting to get at the root of the concerns for more long term satisfaction. I have specialized training/experience with anxiety, the fight/flight/freeze trauma responses, narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma including verbal/emotional abuse, stress, life changes, addictions, and relationship concerns. I also utilize somatic therapy, CBT, education and homework to help create new and lasting changes.
