My name is Sara Nielsen and I am a licensed psychotherapist. I have a Masters degree from Maryville University. I am also a certified yoga teacher! I have been a fully licensed therapist and practicing since 2008. I have been able to work in many different environments over the years and have been providing online therapy for about 5 years now. I primarily utilize CBT but are diverse in how I work, as well as collaborative. I have advanced training in DBT and ACT. I provide other therapies as well & have several specialty areas.
