A note from Richard
I have been a licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 35 years. I like to help clients who are working through life transitions, grief, and spirituality issues, using Mindfulness, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), meditation, guided imagery, and cognitive behavioral techniques. My wife died several years ago after a long illness, so I know first-hand the emotional struggle of being a care giver as well as working through grief. I am looking forward to working with you in a client centered non-judgmental way.
