Hello and welcome. I'm a licensed professional counselor with over 18 years' experience. Overtime I developed skills working with clients in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, bipolar disorder and ADHD. I obtained my MS from Texas Woman’s University in 2012 and prior to that obtained my LSW. I align myself with cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy when working with clients to achieve desired goals and outcomes.
