Having provided services as a licensed professional counselor for many years, I have assisted people in bettering the quality of their lives. I believe we can grow, heal and experience freedom from mental health and substance abuse difficulties by making improvements in our thoughts, feelings and behaviors that can hinder and limit us. In life things can happen along the way that may add significant trauma reactions that are normal as our bodies attempt to adjust.
