A note from Lee
As a neurodivergent-brained queer person, I know how hard it can be to talk about difficult experiences with someone new. I enjoy walking alongside people to promote healing through Attachment Focused EMDR and other approaches. I use mindfulness, guided meditations/visualization, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems approaches. I have experience working with people experiencing gender identity questions, LGBTQIA+ folx, depression/anxiety, trauma, complex PTSD, aging and dying processes, grief, and life transitions.
