My name is Lance Miguez, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have 12 years of counseling experience in a variety of settings. I have worked with clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings to address problems such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and serious mental illness. I approach the counseling relationship from a multimodal perspective in that, both counselor and client work together to identify the source of presenting problem(s), how the problem is affecting other aspects of the individual's life, and finally finding real life solutions.
