I am here to help you no matter what you are going through! I have been a mental health counselor since 2007 and specialize in a variety of therapies including trauma, grief counseling, anxiety disorders and depression. I have worked with all ages including adolescents. I've worked in private practice as well as non-profit. Most importantly, I use an eclectic approach because I know that everyone is different and no problem is the same as any other.
