Hi, my name is Kelli Ellis, I believe we all get stuck in box sometimes it could be depression, anxiety, a relationship, work issues, trauma to just name a few. I feel it is my job to come along and tip your box upside down and give you a new perceptive. I am going to offer you tools, resources, strategies, and coping skills to help you be able to become unstuck and move forward. I am nonjudgmental, interactive, warm, and empathic. I can offer a Christian perspective if wanted or stay strictly clinical. I offer practical steps in your healing journey. I use cognitive behavioral therapy most of time.
