I am a firm believer that therapy is beneficial to anyone who is motivated for change and willing be open and honest with themselves. Working on oneself can be difficult but ultimately rewarding work if the client and the provider are able to reach a professional relationship that allows for good rapport and real dialogue. I prefer to work from a client-led perspective and focus on the needs and the goals of the client. With experience working with trauma, personality disorders, substance use, and neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder) I incorporate various modalities based on the client’s needs.
