A note from John
It is often difficult to focus on ourselves. Whether it is dealing with the loss of a loved one, unwanted change, or wanting to find purpose and meaning in our lives, it is challenging to know how to deal with such life-defining events. I graduated with a doctorate from the University of West Georgia with a dissertation that focused on perceptual psychology theory which is based on the idea that the way that we see ourselves and others impacts our behavior. By working with me, I believe you will find hope through the understanding and discovery of your own potential through our counseling sessions.
