Hi my name is Jessica and I have been practicing as a counselor since 2012. I love getting to walk with people as they find ways to get "unstuck". Helping people get unstuck from self-sabotaging patterns and addictions, from unhealthy relationships, from thoughts and memories that keep us stuck, my goals is to work with you to find healing and freedoms from old ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. I love working with anyone ages 11 and older and specialize in working with people experiencing trauma symptoms, wanting to change unhealthy coping patterns and stage of life transitions.
