A note from Jeff
I am a counselor who enjoys working with individuals from adolescence through late adulthood. I want to work with people who need help to navigate the ups and downs that come with life. I support clients dealing with things like anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma and other major life challenges. I think I am a fairly laid-back, warm, and collaborative counselor. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be yourself without overthinking it. I tend to draw from ACT and EMDR methods but I also keep it flexible and tailored to you rather than rigid and overly clinical.
