I am so honored to welcome you to my Talkspace practice. I'm Jeanine Ricchetti, a licensed counselor. I began hearing my first trauma stories from friends at the age of 15. I’ve always been an empathic listener, allowing people to be who they are and to feel what they need to feel in the sacred space between us where they can safely get to "The Heart of the Matter". The symptoms might be anxiety, depression, anger, shyness, but life's wounds might be at, "The Heart of the Matter”. We can work on them together to solve life’s problems and to heal.
