I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. My 10 years as a social worker have included experience in social care, residential counseling, group facilitation and providing information as it pertains to community-based resources. As a mental health professional I provide my clients with a person centered approach accompanied by mindfulness therapy. This allows the client to identify self challenges and discover a coping strategy. The goal for my clients is to finish therapy sessions with a sense of validation, acceptance and perseverance.
