Hi, I’m Ericka, a therapist based out of Utah. I utilize many modalities of therapy all of them being client centered. I most utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Relational Therapy, all of which support deep healing through connection. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful space for growth, and I strive to embrace each person I meet with empathy and empower each client to live the life they want.
