I identify in many ways, first and foremost, an imperfect human on a shared journey of discovery and understanding. I’m also known as mama, activist, friend, doula, colleague, and trouble maker. My training is in clinical social work, community organizing, birth work, peer-support, somatic attachment healing, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I have 13 years experience working as a psychotherapist. Lots of my experience is working with families impacted by the criminal legal system, adoption, crisis response, birth trauma, and family reunification.
