A note from Donna
Hi! My name is Donna and I think that life is about balance. Originally from Virginia, I was able to travel and work overseas as well as stateside. I returned to Virginia in 1997 and never left. With over 30 years in the mental health field, I have worked with individuals coping with depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, trauma, grief and many other issues. I offer flexible appointments and will offer many morning spots as of 09/13/2024. I use best-practice treatment modalities. Balance can be the key to managing emotions and impulses now and in the future. Life is about balance…let me help you find yours!
