I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas. I was trained in cognitive behavioral therapy. When I began studying Sue Johnson and her Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) model of attachment, it made sense that we are wired for deep connections and our early caregivers and relationships affect how we connect with others and how we feel about ourselves.
