I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and approved supervisor in Texas. I trained in cognitive behavioral therapy. Later, I studied John Gottman's Model and Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy model of attachment - we are wired for deep connections. Our early caregivers and relationships affect how we connect with others and feel about ourselves.
