My name is Delcia Chisolm, I'm married to a retired Navy Seabee and we have three children and two grandchildren. Originally, from the country of Panama and able to speak Spanish which comes in handy in South Texas where I live. I have a Master's degree in Psychology and have worked with the public mental health center in my community for over 20 years. The setting in which I have worked has afforded me the opportunity to gain significant experience in working with major mental health issues. I enjoy walking, cooking, singing, actively participating in church, reading and hanging out with family and freinds.
