Welcome! I've been working in the mental health field for the last 7 years. I have experience with a host of presenting issues including (but not limited to): PTSD, abusive relationships, addiction, self-esteem/worth, anxiety, and relationship issues. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach to guide you towards your goals while maintaining an attentive, open, accepting atmosphere. I see myself as a ‘directive, non-directive’ therapist.
