A note from Amy
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have been a practicing social worker since 2004. I have worked in community resources and healthcare. I have helped clients manage chronic illness, anxiety and depression. Everyone experiences these emotions in life and sometimes we need a guide to help us out. I know I did, in the past. I strongly believe that my role is to help you feel comforted, know you are not alone, provide you with some tools to attack your goals and know whatever is bothering you can be conquered. We can do it together. This is a safe space for all.
