Life gets messy & complicated. Struggling with the work/life/family balance can be managed by acknowledging the challenge & talking about it. Most clients struggle with some type of anxiety or depression. We start by working toward developing a coping skill "toolbox" and learning how to recognize when those symptoms start. Most clients want to feel heard and want to have strategies to use to help manage their symptoms. I also find that most clients want a person to listen, someone who is impartial, who can challenge but offer a perspective. I would love the chance to meet you and the opportunity to work with you.
