I provide a safe space primarily for adults who are 50 years of age and older that are experiencing negative thoughts and feelings which impact their daily lives as well as their relationships with family, friends, and loved ones. Whether your symptoms are related to aging and end-of-life challenges, loss and grief, caregiver stress, trauma, hoarding behaviors, anxiety, or depression, we will work together to assess your needs and outline your goals at a pace that works best for you.
