Over the years, my professional path has included work within the child welfare system. I worked at Loretto Hospital - mental health unit as the Director of Social Work. I have approached my work with an understanding of how trauma, systemic stressors, and life experiences can shape emotional well-being, relationships, and behavior. I have also provided individual and couples therapy as well as telehealth therapy allowing clients to access care in ways that feel safer and more accessible for them.
