For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking with clients as they navigate some of life’s most meaningful and most challenging moments. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration. I draw from training in Family Systems Therapy and EMDR to help clients strengthen their relationships, heal, and move forward with clarity. I’ve also done training through Postpartum Support International, which allows me to support families through transitions, whether that’s a new baby, grieving a loss, or navigating family planning.
