Since graduating from Columbia University as a Social Worker in 2011, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate significant life events and distress. With a client-centered approach, I prioritize your needs and respect your unique journey. I utilize Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other effective techniques to support your healing process. My goal is to meet you where you are in your journey. I am available Monday through Friday, from 10am to 8:30pm ET, depending on the day.
