A note from Jenny
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Sexologist for 25 years, I’ve helped individuals and couples navigate a great variety of issues. If you’re in a nontraditional relationship or a person who doesn’t fit the heterosexual, monogamous, and/or dual gender model no problem. Sex Therapy often involves trauma. Trauma, therefore, is a specialization of mine which generalizes to other diverse experiences. Trauma is an individual experience and what is traumatic for one person may not be traumatic for another. Cognitive/behavioral techniques are the cornerstone of my work while adding others as indicated.
