Hi, I'm David. I’ve been practicing as a licensed psychologist for more than 25 years, primarily utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy as an effective tool to treat anxiety and depression. As these can be emotionally debilitating conditions, addressing these issues can improve one’s overall sense of well-being, and thus their lives, dramatically. I have also more recently incorporated spirituality into my treatment approach, thus addressing that aspect of one's psychological and emotional well-being.
