A note from Nancy
As a therapist I have helped countless clients in their journey towards making changes that enhance healthy behavior. Though much of my training and experience has focused around treating trauma, the core of my practice is with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma experiences, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions and career challenges. Our sessions will be centered around developing insight, healthy coping skills and self-acceptance. My counseling style is warm and interactive.
