A note from Hermin
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LIC# 45270). I began my training as a psychotherapist in 1994, with a focus on working with couples, children, and families, particularly clients with a history of trauma and significant losses. Since earning my license in 1998, I have acquired 25+ years of experience and can say I am truly passionate and dedicated to helping couples, families, and children grow and heal from their pain and live happy, enjoyable lives with their loved ones. My communication style Sharing our inner experiences with someone can often feel frightening, which is exactly why I place such importance on connection and acceptance in the therapeutic process. I aim to create a safe environment that will invite my clients to delve deeper into their narrative, as I truly believe we are not built to process emotions alone. As humans, we all have a propensity to grow and become our true selves, unfortunately, we aren't always gifted with the circumstances to allow it. I am passionate about creating a space for not only self-discovery and self-acceptance but also to allow clients to feel seen, heard, and valued.
