A note from April
I help overwhelmed moms because I get it! I help moms find strategies for postpartum & parenting, heal anxiety & trauma and reclaim their spirituality & sexuality. I am familiar with the struggles of mom life, loss & trauma. Moms need a place to say the things they aren't supposed to say aloud, "I regret having kids," "I don't want sex with my partner," or "I'm afraid my trauma is screwing up my kids." I work with moms who are cycle breakers & deep feelers, parenting differently than the way they were parented. I love helping moms increase their confidence & take up space for themselves.
