A note from Leah
Trauma changes how we think, feel, relate, and live in our bodies. Healing changes it back. I’m a trauma therapist, and helping people heal is my jam! I work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by experiences that still live in their nervous system, behaviors, emotions, and relationships. Our work will be active and intentional: we’ll set goals, create a treatment plan, and move toward meaningful change.
