I served in the Army from 2008-2016 and I earned my BSN from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2016, MSN from South University in 2018, and post-master's mental health certificate from Regis College in 2021. I support those experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and trauma through integrative-functional medicine, talk therapy, and whole person care.
