Best Care EAP has added Talkspace to our growing options to bring you convenient, personal, and professional online individual and couples therapy.

Best Care EAP members can now access Talkspace using their allotted number of sessions provided per year. With Talkspace, you can regularly send text, audio, and video messages to a dedicated licensed therapist anytime, anywhere for ages 13+. Live sessions via chat, audio and video are also available.

Talkspace is confidential and secure.

During registration, you will be asked for a valid Organization name. This is your company code provided by your organization and can be located in the Summary of Services document (typically starting with a “bc”). This code will be used to verify access to Talkspace services.

At Talkspace your privacy and safety are always the first consideration. We go to great lengths to ensure that you and your data are always kept safe and confidential.

Our platform is certified to be HIPAA compliant and your safety is our number one priority. All of your chat data is encrypted on the servers, and all communication between our software and the servers is encrypted.

The Talkspace app requires you to enter your password and allows you to create a unique passcode for extra security. In addition, the app also supports fingerprint recognition on iOS and Android devices.
