Talkspace on Campus

Talkspace is perfect for the college lifestyle. The Talkspace app lets you text, audio or video message your counselor whenever you want and talk about your problems when they are fresh in your mind. Your counselor will respond once or twice a day to provide help and advice for anything you’re dealing with– any issues you’re dealing with.

What kind of issues can I discuss with my counselor?

Anything and everything. It’s your space to work through whatever’s on your mind. Frustrated after a long day at class? Struggling with a relationship or family issue?

Our licensed counselors are experts in a wide range of practice areas, from academic stress to depression. We’ll help match you to a counselor who understands what you’re going through and knows how to help.

It’s Not Just You,
Mental Health Issues
Are Common
On Campus

  • According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, 1 in 4 college students aged 18-24 has a diagnosable mental health condition

  • Mental health issues in the college student population are associated with lower GPA and higher probability of dropping out of college

  • 40% of college students with a diagnosable mental health condition do not seek help due high cost, inconvenience and stigma

What People Are Saying

I think colleges should pay attention to the fact that many more students need mental health services than who actually access them.

I’m so thankful to have access to Talkspace. I hit a really rough patch this semester and was not getting the help I needed. Being able to speak to my counselor daily has helped me tremendously.
