Talkspace offers you the ability to connect with clients via asynchronous text, audio, and video messaging. This means that your clients’ messages do not require an immediate response; you always have the flexibility to process and thoughtfully engage on your own schedule. Depending on the client’s plan, we also offer Live Video sessions.
Talkspace clients include employees seeking counseling through their organization’s benefits, individuals covered under by our insurance partners (Optum, Humana or Premera), and those who sign up directly through the platform. Talkspace matches you with clients based on state of residency, as well as your areas of expertise. We’ll always handle patient eligibility.
Network Clinicians are expected to work full 40 hour weeks over the course of five days and need to carry a minimum caseload of 80 clients. Hours are flexible.
As a contractor you choose how many clients you would like on your caseload, and can always update your availability as needed. We recommend you have the flexibility in your schedule to check in on each of your clients 2-3 times a day, 5 days/week.
