chelseakay: I am quick to snap at my husband and speak condescendingly. I feel like instead of communicating "normally", I yell a lot or speak aggressively. How can I communicate in a more loving way? I feel like I'm stuck in a "bitch" rut.

chelseakay: I can be and have been that way with people who I am close to... Quick to anger. I can be overly sensitive and definitely not think thru my reactions. But it's so much easier to be that way with him. Maybe I'm overly secure in our relationship and feel like he's not going anywhere so it's acceptable... Which is a terrible way to be.
