AnxiousOne: I've dealt with anxiety most of my life and depression currently as well. I have this fear of losing control, as in just quitting my job or making some spur of the moment to harm myself. I have no intention of doing so, it's just a feeling I cannot get out of my mind and I obsess over it. Any thoughts on how to cope with this?

AnxiousOne: No suicidal thoughts just a fear of getting upset and doing something that I don't want to do. Certainly do intentions of doing anything of no plans/thoughts of suicide. I don't think about it all the time, just when something stressful happens at work. I have never lost control or ever did anything impulsive before. I do think about it when I read more
